We have been in the plumbing industry since 1999. Justin started working in Amarillo, Texas doing residential and commercial plumbing. In 2010 he obtained his Backflow License. He received his Master Plumbing License while living in the Dallas area. He spent 6 years working on large commercial buildings including schools, restaurants, hospitals, large office buildings, and multifamily residences all over the DFW area. Justin is honest and takes pride in his work and has a passion for the plumbing industry.
About the Fowler Family
Justin and Amber Fowler have been married for 19 years and have two children. The Fowler family moved to Lubbock for a better quality of life and to be closer to family. They are proud to call Lubbock home and look forward to this new adventure with Mr Justin Time Plumbing, LLC.
